Fall is glorious in Korea! The rice harvest was fascinating to watch, and we are now in the middle of persimmon season - all over the countryside and even in the city, trees are laden with the sweet juicy fruit. The marshmallows are also having a good year, extra huge, thanks to the kimchi used for fertilizer- it's powerful stuff! :)
